HRL International Private Limited operates on a fundamental principle of Absolute Local Data Sovereignty. We build on-device GPU architectures that do not harvest, inspect, or upload creative user data.
1. Zero-Cloud Video Processing Guarantee
Local GPU Shaders: All frame transformations, 12-bit DPX sensor calculations, neural depth estimations (ONNX), and ACEScc color science execute entirely on the user's local hardware (Apple Silicon / NVIDIA RTX).
No Remote Telemetry Scraping: Your raw footage, timeline edits, and proprietary media files are never transferred to our servers or third-party cloud engines.
User Ownership: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all rendered video and software outputs.
2. Communications & Analytics
Contact form submissions, grant correspondence, and billing data are encrypted using TLS 1.3 and processed in full compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and GDPR.
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of all software plugins, AI models, developer tools, and websites operated by HRL International Private Limited.
1. Software License Grant
Perpetual & Subscription Licenses: Plugins and toolkits are licensed on a per-seat basis for individual creators, studios, or enterprise teams.
Anti-Decompilation & Reverse Engineering: Decompiling binary modules (.ofx, .dylib, .dll), extracting neural weights, or tampering with cryptographic licensing checks is strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibited Activities
Unauthorized resale, cracking, or redistribution of HRL proprietary toolkits.
Using automated scrapers or DDOS attacks against HRL API infrastructure.
Using our brand to misrepresent affiliation or endorsement.
The brand names, acronyms, and product marks of HRL International Private Limited are protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the WIPO Madrid Protocol across 130+ nations.
Passing Off & Trademark Counterfeiting Prohibition
Using identical or deceptively similar brand names to confuse creators or consumers is a cognizable criminal offense under Sections 103/104 of the Trade Marks Act 1999, punishable with up to 3 years imprisonment.
Anti-Decompilation: Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting model weights from binary modules (.ofx, .dylib, .so, .dll) is strictly prohibited.
Anti-Bypass: Circumventing license checks is punishable under Section 65A of the Indian Copyright Act 1957.
HRL International complies with Title 17, United States Code, Section 512 (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules 2021.
